When I arrived at the Wharf today to take my pictures, my original intent was to get there while the mist was still heavy. By the time I got dressed, ate breakfast, and made it down there, however, the mist was gone. My dissappointment was short lived when I heard the tell take gutteral wails of the sea lions which often hang out at the end o the tourist pier at Fisherman’s Wharf.
I snapped a few pictures of some flowers and realized I better hurry - my battery was dyeing. I managed three shots of the sea lions before the screen went black. This was the best of them. For an East Coast girl, these creatures are still a novelty.
