Some of you who have been following my Squidoo lens project may recall that I am trying to create enough lenses (and make them good enough) to submit to be a giant squid. I have five new lenses in my repetoir that I would like to share with you. All of them are about gourmet desserts. They include recipes, tips, and other topics related to satisfying the sweet tooth.

• Gourmet Dessert Recipes - This lens is all about where to find the best gourmet dessert recipes.

• Make Gourmet Desserts - Another lens on how to make gourmet desserts. Also includes some recipes.

• Cooking Lessons Dessert - I know the title looks funny. Keywords, you know? Anyway, this one is all about finding cooking lessons to take for making desserts.

• Easy Gourmet Dessert - In this lens, I share some tips on how to create easy gourmet desserts.

• Making Gourmet Desserts - This is a continuation of “make gourmet desserts”. It also includes some recipes (but different ones).

I was in a dessert mood. But that’s the fun of Squidoo - topic ideas are nearly limitless.
